Who we are

What we collect and why
- Account and membership: name, email, phone, date of birth, plan, payment references. To run your membership (contract).
- Entry: when and where you scan in. To operate the door and keep members safe (legitimate interest).
- Bookings and orders: classes, courts, café purchases. To provide what you booked (contract).
- Health data: height, weight, body composition, goal, training you log. Only with your explicit consent, to set your targets and suggest food. This is special-category data under UK GDPR. You can withdraw consent and delete it at any time from Me.
Where it lives
On servers in the United Kingdom. Payments are processed by Stripe and GoCardless under their own terms; we never see your full card number. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long
Membership records for the life of your membership plus six years (tax law). Entry logs for 12 months. Health data until you delete it or 12 months after your membership ends, whichever is first.
Cookies and local storage
We set one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms (session and CSRF). There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts; fonts are served from our own server. Because only strictly necessary cookies are used, no cookie banner is required under PECR. The entry screen stores your entry key in your phone's local storage so your code works without signal; signing out removes it.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Email [privacy email] or ask at reception. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
